The "Hakka" are a geopolitical group in China. My mother and grandmother belong to this group, and every time this Hakka woman is mentioned ，people must subconsciously think of the standard traditional female image. This is why most men prefer to find women from haka geopolitical group as their spouse. As society evolves, even though Hakka women will be more liberal in appearance and mentality, their deep-rooted love of domestic labor and achievement cannot be uprooted. and Over time, although they keep some feminism independent thinking at their mind ， they have to compromise with their families in real life because of their personal and emotional orientation . On the contrary, their important role as family workers often allows them to realize their self-worth and gain status within the family.
In Performance which can be a active of making hakka tofu, I would like to describe the contradictory state of ideals and realities of women in contemporary life.Firstly,I printed off my interviews with women in my hometown and their previously published papers on feminism, the essence of their discussions on feminism, and chopped and marinated them.After that, I stuffed them in the tofu instead of the pork to serve as a filling for the tofu.Lastly，I fry them all and finish the dish.
I chose to prepare the dish by destroying and reassembling the derivatives that represent feminist ideas (these papers) into something new. Because feeding and food preparation have always been essential to the construction of the family, women have always acted as the subject of feeding. In my family, my mother and my grandmother are the only ones who make food with me. They also use feeding (food preparation) to gain their own value and demand love and attention. Also, in my hometown, the older generation used to use the term tofu to describe the body of the woman who owned the family.
