BioDigitalMediaphilia is an AV performance with generative and reactive visuals that construct a mesmerizing leap into the core of Artificial Intelligence (AI) altered time, as part of the artist hypothesis that proposes that time is not continuous, but evolves spirally. This process of transformation of the creative energy is the key to this live AV project concept, whose own aesthetic central nucleus is stimulated by various sources of external AI programs and generators that explore the universal micro and macro waves and rhythms of the nature environment minimalist processes, through the manipulation of image and sound on an atomic and supramolecular scale, that involves an immersive sensorial drive into Iury Lech’s extensive cinematic explorations on the fields of digital sonic and visual art.
Iury Lech’s open and unclassifiable style permeates the tired avant-garde concept by means of apocalyptical atmospheres, arrhythmic sonic structures, and a dense audiovisual texture treatments that brings alive hypnotic ambients, industrial minimalism and a abstract way to conceive experimentalism.
Based on these premises, BioDigitalMediaphilia AV performance investigates and exposes the biodiversity of ecosystems from a digital taxonomic perspective, operating on a series of electromagnetic visions and focusing on the microscopic scale of the micro-collision of dissected “astromes” and the optical and aural fluctuations built like the universe, where regardless of its dimensions everything is made up of nanoscopic pieces of geometry and substance.
The BioDigitalMediaphilia AV project also investigates the "aesthetics" of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning errors through an artistic experiment which uses digital audiovisual process techniques and sound synthesis. Due to this we process we can access into an orbit of sound and visual evolutionary ascension that allows the conditions for a bounce toward the awareness of the audience and a comprehensive tuning with the exaltation of audiovisual and electronic art process.
