People of the present day are much like fish, unaware that they are "immobilized" and "incapable of thinking." How can one who cannot think become aware of their inability to think? This seems more like a "paradox." A mirror can only allow us to recognize our physical bodies, whereas art is the mirror of our souls. Indeed, any third party can serve as the mirror to our own souls.
