It was drawn with the neutral pen of the Pilot Juice series. This type of pens can be widely found on school desks because of their bright colors. I discovered its unique expressive power in painting when I was doodling on some scratch paper one day. Then I have been using them to draw many pictures to experiment with its different expressions. Different color elements, a large number of curves, and delicate and complex pattens together form a face. Besides, it was drawn on my daily note book. The process of creating it is similar as I taking notes in class. Through this painting, I was exploring the relationship between the painting process, the surrounding environment, and the painting media.
