This part is created with the landscape as the objection of creation. I do not place emphasis on the
landscape. Instead, I divide natural scenes into elements like “wind”, “water”,
and “fire”. Inspired by concepts from The Book of Changes, I treat the
varieties of elements forming a natural scene as the subject of expression and
probe into the part that contains humanity within them. Just as in The Book
of Changes, the combination of different elements and their mutual
influence involve people’s understanding. Thus they form a language similar to
that of human beings, which enables them to communicate with the latter by
using symbols. What I am trying to do is to express their unique language in an
artistic way.
