More and more often we hear about climate change, but very few people are actually aware of its consequences for the animal world. The consequences of global warming, as a matter of fact, are extremely serious: the gradually rising temperatures are melting all the glaciers, causing serious repercussions on the animal species that inhabit them, especially the penguins. The oceanic ice available to these birds is becoming increasingly limited and more fragile, and tends to form at a slower rate compared to the past. Penguins, not only undergo alterations to the immune system, but are also forced to undertake long journeys in order to find safer places for them.
The piece, using irony, denounces this process: the penguins, visually represented with travel equipment are about to hop on a bus marked by summer decorations. Probably, the only thing they need is a change of scenery.
