When I was a child, my impression of Peking Opera was that it was bustling with drums and gongs, incomprehensible lyrics, gorgeous costumes and appearances, and regular movements. The costumes of Peking Opera are very colorful and full of vitality, leaving a deep impression on people. No matter which character it is, from appearance to exit, it is a series of actions composed of performance art, which is my childhood understanding of Peking Opera. The form of clothing requires absolute symmetry and completeness. I am trying to find an understanding of the colors, shapes, and movements of Peking Opera costumes to convey my understanding of the freshness, symmetry, rhythm, and pleasure of Peking Opera.
