Every child will hear their parents and teachers tell them many fairy tales, and I am no exception. Since childhood, I have been able to share the joy in fairy tales. "Hou Yi Shoots the Suns" is an ancient Chinese mythological story that tells the story of ten suns appearing in the sky at the same time, causing a scorching heat and a sea of fire, resulting in a serious drought. The Heavenly Emperor sent Hou Yi to the mortal world to rescue people from suffering. Hou Yi arched his bow and arrow, shooting down nine suns, leaving one sun to continue shining on the earth. People once again lived a happy life. I attempted to illustrate my understanding of the story of Hou Yi Shooting the Suns through color and action in this work.
