Smoking has been a long addiction of mine and a dominant
part of my lifestyle. As wedged as I feel with this habit, I designed this
image in a way that could trap the eye and transmute the anxiety of smoking.

the human figure and gesture as I have a passion for painting skin tones.

indulging in other healthy habits like reading and apples poses the dilemma we smokers
fall in. How can we be healthy in some habits and not in others? Do we have a choice over our addictions?
Having the figure with open legs towards the viewer is an interrogation towards what it means to

their own actions¨ is an argument that hits my nerve.
