The leitmotifs in my painting works are spirals, whirls, cyclones and circles, which symbolize changes, paths, uncertainties, and at the same time are symbols of constancy and obviousness. They represent supra-space-time values that are for me the axis of existence in the mental and spiritual dimension.
While painting a picture, I discover new internal and external territories, I get to know both myself and the world that surrounds me. With each step, the hope grows that I am getting closer to the "mystery" that is hiding somewhere beyond the horizon.
Life is a great unknown, we never know what awaits us behind the next door. New challenges, obstacles and difficulties alternate with moments of rest and even shorter moments of happiness.
This is also human nature, we are full of contradictions. Chaotic, yet orderly, full of advantages and disadvantages, we have good and bad in us. There is no color without light, no light without dark. We are complete with these contradictions. So in my paintings I show thoughts about the world and human nature. I ask questions about the future and the past. I use the visual language. Thanks to it, I can fully communicate with other people and their surroundings. I do this because I cannot put into words what I see internally. Putting these thoughts on the canvas is all I can do to express them.
