Crann Piorr’Art is an abstract artist. He started painting in 1989. He can be called a colourist as the colour is the main stream of his paintings, which are using the same palette of bright and warm colours in contrast with deep blues. He has made a serie of polyptych such as QUADRATURE a quadriptych which can be moved about giving 768 different paintings depending of the position and side of each canvas.
QUADRATURE
This artwork is a polyptych of 4 oil painted linen canvas of 100 x 100 cm each. Each canvas can be placed in any position and any direction and is still perfectly connected to the other, giving 768 different possibilities of pictural design if you count the scare and the linear arrangement.
