Spinning Plates

Plate spinning show is taking place! White plates keep spinning while reflecting the flamboyant sunset, gradually move up in the air, blend in with countless clouds creating vivid afterimage patterns. Hand-embroidered patches have been placed one by one, joined together with the acrylic painting. Texture differences are clearly exposed on scattered boundaries here and there.... I've always been interested in Japanese traditional acrobatic show which used to be a mass culture , but fading tradition in the present era.
