The title of the series "Symbiosis" is intended to adjust the viewer's optics while interacting with the work. Symbiosis refers to all types of relationships between organisms in which at least one organism benefits for itself. This concept illustrates the way two inseparable, yet contrasting environments, such as nature and human, coexist today. The painting depicts a cold dead tree trunk, shrouded in haze. It looks stricken and poisoned. It is illuminated by a faint yellow light that reminds of yellow technical markings in factories. Carefully traced details of factory structures, endless geometry of gloomy slopes occur through the wood. The picture is a metaphor that draws attention to the urgent problem of excessive consumption of resources and unauthorised deforestation, in particular.
