fa memoria collettiva, legandosi all’immaginario delle lampare.
33 x 2,5 cm. L’ingombro totale misura dunque: 135 x 99 x 2,5 cm.
develops as a multidisciplinary work, combining different languages
and aiming to promote a contemporary reflection on the topic of the
source of fishing practised
in Mediterranean sea–
an activity, carried out on the so-called lampare,
which is gradually being lost.
design phase of SERALUCI involves the creation of a series of graphic
boards linked to the imagery of lampare,
in which archive photography becomes a collective memory. Combining
textual elements, graphic illustrations and hand-drawn drawings, the
collection offers the conceptual framework for SERALUCI, inviting the
spectator to reflect on the topic of the sea as a contemporary
series consists of nine boards.
Each board is mounted into
a black aluminium
following dimensions: 45 x 33 x 2,5 cm. Total
of the boards are: 135 x 99 x 2,5 cm.
