In her new paintings, Irina continues to explore female characters and archetypes. Sansara is a Sanskrit word that means "world", at the same time it refers to the concept of rebirth and "cyclicality of all life, matter, existence", a fundamental belief of most Indian religions. Irina embodies it as a female figure that mysteriously looks at us hiding all the secrets of our existence.
