The pandemic, the fear, the people changing, a loss that comes from outside, the terrible sensation that something bad may happen to us.
The hope, the solution, the wish of winning a war made into the hospitals, give our help and rediscover house’s intimacy: a safe place for many but not for everyone.
And if this house has been the rediscovery of a past life, lived through memory and miss, for many has been the fear of staying there for ever, a jail where is difficult to run.
The monsters of the outside sometimes are the ones that we bring inside our house, in the safe place “par excellence”.
This work is dedicated to the millions of families that passed the quarantine in the cities, in small apartments, to the kids, to the difficulties of adolescence, to the problems of difficult families.
The difference between good and bad is thin, a heart trapped inside a house, the difficulty of surviving, the pandemic, the harassments of a parent, the crisis of a mother with her husband, the fragile family that can’t get over the lockdown with his own money; after two years we are still fighting this war, we got out of our houses but we’re still, partly, trapped. Is it gonna be okay?

ITA:
