This artwork created a fantasy of cycles of birth and death and each rebirth it focuses only on nose and nasal activity. How each lifetime the nose remains same. The shape and its adherence rest all body differs. You remembered you had different lifetime by just focusing more of your nose features. Each incarnation whenever you focused on your nose it tends to remembers you your previous births and deaths.
