VIS appartiene alla collezione KIMERE
(2020), epilogo di un viaggio introspettivo che attraversa il giogo e
l’oppressione terreni. Simboleggia il grido di ribellione, tangibile, che
coinvolge l’occhio di chi osserva sino a proiettarne lo sguardo in uno slancio
metafisico oltre i confini spazio-temporali. Traspare l’inquietudine del
vivere, il logorio dell’esistenza. Un corpo sinuoso, possente, scultoreo, raffigurato
in espressioni audaci e aggressive. Grida con violenza, si dimena contro
l’automatismo nichilista del quotidiano, auspicando il ritorno a una perduta
libertà. La figura zoomorfa, surreale, è retaggio di ispirazioni mediorientali,
appartenenti all’iconografia delle Regioni anatoliche.
belongs to a collection named KIMERE (2020), result of an introspective tour
throughout the pressure and the oppression of human life. It shows rebellion, a
tangible strength, which captures the observer and brings him/her beyond space,
overcrossing terrain limits. You can see the unhappiness of daily life, the
anxiety. A strong fit body, in provocative and aggressive expressions. He
shouts, violently, and fights against the daily nihilism, hoping to go back
towards a lost freedom. The zoomorphic body takes inspiration from ancient
myths of Anatolian regions.
