My main career as communications expert and my life in Africa was abruptly put on hold 3 years ago. I returned to the UK to care for my dear mother with mixed dementia.
Being trapped indoors caring for my mother I needed an escape so I started my painting again after a 20 year break. This piece "Purple Abyss" depicts how I would dream of entering a new realm a new reality to escape the trauma of loving someone in realtime.
