OMG is the mobile users abbreviation for 'Oh My God'. This falling man, or God, speaks of the fall of religions as well as of mankind, of hope, despair and all things human. It is a striking simple composition that would hold itself well on a feature wall, cultural venue, secular space, library or stairwell perhaps. This drawing won the Online Public Vote for the Chiaya Art Awards 2020 and has sold many giclee prints.
Falling; like an angel, a man, mankind, or perhaps your God, your faith, or just a sense of yourself falling. Global events affect everyone eventually. It may be physical, economic, or even spiritual. This drawing asks, not just who, where and when, but why? Like falling in a dream, you awake, just before impact. But what if...?
It is currently unframed. It can be framed for you on request by my bespoke framers. Quote supplied on request. See other medium size drawings here that are framed to get an idea of their presence in a room. This drawing is approx 100cm x 100cm on a heavy Fabriano paper.
I can also arrange bespoke framing, delivery and install in the UK.
I also have some prints in stock of this image 40cm x40cm and 20cm x 20cm. Please ask.
