Embarking on a journey of self-discovery is like a dance with our true selves, a deep dive into who we are. Before revealing our authentic selves, there's a moment of hesitation, a thoughtful pause where we grapple with vulnerability.
In my personal journey, I noticed a common pattern. As we approach self-awareness, there's a choice: embrace our deepest layers or stick to projecting a curated version of ourselves. This piece, titled "Om-Meow," captures that pause, that moment before the big reveal.
Starting each day with the meditative "Om," I explore the softer, more vulnerable parts of myself, like a gentle kitten—a side often seen as a weakness in society.
This artwork encapsulates the essence of that crucial moment, where introspection and strategy precede the unveiling of our authentic selves. It's a nod to the courage required during the "thinking before feeling" stage—a powerful and beautiful phase in the quest for self-awareness.
