This artwork is one of the series of my
artworks called Hidden Emotions. Imitations of textures s that I create on canvas by oil are primary
than images, which at first glance may seem different. They're Foundation. They
shows through the lines, color, volume, roughness what is hidden behind the
whole picture. Images and silhouettes are symbols that are hidden, and
sometimes drown in textures, like in the various elements of our everyday life.
Silhouettes reflect those emotions and feelings, experiences and aspirations.
One image is not equal to one idea. Each work embodies a collective image of
the spectrum of feelings and emotions. Creating an idea on canvas, I leave the
choice to the viewer. Here the link for a couple of artworks of this series https://annavodka.com/portfolio/ or here https://yadi.sk/i/eC1M4eobVXG9_Q
Motherhood:
what does stand behind this word? Happiness? Love? Smiles? Or endless fatigue?
Remorse? Sacrificing? What does the rough surface of canvas hide? Is the smile
of mother sincere?
It’s a significant
period of my life. The theme of Motherhood has always been, is and will excite
the millions of hearts. When you become a mom, kids fulfill 99% of your
personal space. This is an incredible happiness and boundless love, on the one
hand, but insane responsibility, on the other. No one warns in advance that it
will be easy, no one tells you how it will really be, how many hours, sleepless
nights and experiences are hidden behind this word - motherhood. With the birth
or your child, you plunge into the abyss with the head, into the sea of
countless new tasks and decision-making, hundreds of sleepless nights and the
realization that you are never alone, for life.
At the same
time you realize the Value of time, time for yourself and creativity.
Motherhood charges with new energies and it seems that your potential has no
boundaries. But time has its limits. You burn with a violent passion to create,
the flow of ideas literally tears your mind and subconscious, instead reality
dictates a different scenario of life.
You calm
down in a moment, let go and start to sink. Drowning in True Love and True
Happiness. Of the Motherhood...
