Meat- scrap,
In
childhood: with my parents and my brother. We used to travel in a Fiat 126p,
today an unimaginably small vehicle, on family vacations together. I think I understood the car then as a
self-propelled "micro-home". Tightly seated people close to each
other is for me the quintessence of home. Unfortunately, I was not able to
create such a home. My relationship with the woman of the time fell apart. I
painted a series of paintings called "Meat - Scrap". I escaped then
into painting. The body of the micro-house was totally crushed. The
disintegration of human relations is illustrated here by pieces of poultry
meat.
