The piece is called "Manderrick" and represents the damaging interconnection between fossil fuel extraction and human health whereby the lungs, representing the process of extraction of oxygen and exhalation of carbon dioxide are similar to trees using the inverse process, but both damaged by use of fossil fuels. The derrick has become a human artefact damaging humans and nature extracting oil and polluting seas instead of creating the balance expected from natural processes.
