Why must I fly?

The work was created through a meticulous creative process that combined various artistic techniques and materials. It consists of three arch structures, each measuring 163 cm in height and 15 cm in width, made of mirrored steel. These structures provide a solid foundation for the piece while reflecting the surrounding environment, creating a visual dialogue with the audience and making the work dynamic and interactive.

The use of concrete, traditionally viewed as a rigid material, is reinterpreted here in a flexible manner, symbolizing adaptability and transformation—fundamental elements in life and human relationships. The various figures in the composition were sculpted using a mixture of materials, including concrete, which lends them a robust yet delicate appearance.

Overall, the work invites reflection on the balance between the desire for freedom and the choice to depend on others, suggesting that strength can manifest in different ways. True freedom is portrayed not just as an act of flight but also as a shared experience.
