Abstract expressionist style work that combines pouring and all over
dripping. Alluding to the "Garden of Eden" expresses feelings about the
chaos that the human species lives in this troubled period. The painting
is the protagonist, using the contrast of color and its density, my
tendency towards craftsmanship is manifested by including in the
preparation of the background pieces of cotton fabric cut in the shape
of flowers: cherry tree and poppies, glued to the linen during its
priming handcrafted. The unity and struggle of opposites, the symbolism
of flowers, the ephemerality of human life, the mark we leave on our
planet, anthropology as a structure of thought, are my main reflections.
The imperfection of the human, feminism, craftsmanship as a simple
language, personal traumas that are exorcised through art, motivate this
piece that within the chaotic chromatic contrast and its organic and
aggressive forms, have as a final objective a message of strength and
hope.
