I Sogni Son Desideri (Cinderella's Dreams)

I had this song ringing in my mind “Dreams Are Wishes That Your Heart Makes” and with it came a flux of childhood and early teenage memories and fantasies. Wanted or not, that of Cinderella is one of the most powerful myth to have shaped our cultural, especially feminine, identity. The lady in the picture symbolizes that Cinderella which somehow hides inside many (mostly) women: it is up to the viewer, however, to decide weather the scene is based before or after meeting Prince Charming.
