The Chinese translation of "Hide & Seek" contains the character "cat," which is known for its flexible and changeable shapes in real life.. I exaggerated and deformed different cat shapes and finally formed a set of 26 Latin alphabets, and put them into a black and white chessboard. The artist's handmade book is made using xylography printing, paper-cutting, and snake-shaped binding. I try to break the limitations of traditional reading materials and emphasize the hidden pleasure of “exploration and discovery” in the process of “reading”. I present the 26 letters in the form of “cats”, just like playing a hide-and-seek game with the readers.
