Characters of paintings by Arzhan Yuteev from the Heritage series are mythological and generalized images of Turkic folks, spirits, totems that are created by recognizable symbolic decisions. All these historical images keep up the heritage of creeds and ancient legends of the Altai people. They convey the power of their ideas about the transmigration of souls and rituals of their ancestors. The clan consciousness of the Altai people is an example of freedom, fidelity and justice.
