The word Deficit means: what is missing to complete an account. What is missing to fill a certain amount or quantity; what is missing to complete a whole.
Deficit invites the viewer to make mistakes. As the poet would say "there is no way for the walker, the path is made when walking", the works somehow value error by placing it at the center of the image, assuming it and facing it as proper and fundamental in the human creative journey . Creating is being in oneself, expressing one's uniqueness, otherwise everything would be an imitation and never a transformation.
In graffiti works, one can see the artist's insistence that time, the duration of the task itself, is the condition for the emergence of the new. At the end of the repetition, the rubber shamelessly erases, as if opening the chest, accepting the limits and promoting adjustments. What stands out from this graffiti void is the undomesticated unconscious itself, the ID, spontaneous, creative.
