Margarita Katchan (Denmark) and Yelena Turischeva creare unigue artworks in which light and color interact through tekstile and painting. The two technigues merge together resulting in wholesome images in which the energies of the artists and the colours complement and deepen each other.
At first, we decided to create a picture, our common work. Yelena created her part and sent it to me. My task is to find a common solution, continue with paints. The task is difficult, and primarily because Yelenin's part was self-sufficient, and without a compositional center. Many months of work, and now a single solution has been found.
