Another theme that keeps coming back in my work is the concept of
wings, for me the representation of INNER FREEDOM, of the freedom of the
soul. I believe it to be the most important freedom of them all,
because inner freedom is not the illusion of freedom, or one that
circumstances can take away easily. Inner freedom is an energy, a
mindset, a vibration able to withstand and endure the most difficult
circumstances… I guess the constant gravitation from the sea, to the sky
and the space in my work is representative of the gravitation between
the inner and outer experience of the being…
