The painting was painted in 2015 in London/UK. The inspiration for this painting was a personal interest in mythology and the stories of our origin. It is my visual take on the Gnostic idea of Genesis or the creation of the world, which implies that our reality was created by a Demiurge, a Subgod to the ultimate being. The blue single finger in this painting is a reference to the Demiurge, whereas the eye, is the higher creator who oversees his creation. The square structure in the middle is also a reference to the extraterrestial involvement.
