I am fascinated by movement, commonality and everyday actions. Actions like shaving or putting on lipstick. For example a woman stretching her face to put on her lipstick. A man pulling a tee shirt on over his head, a woman playfully puckering her lips for the camera. This is life. And a rich vein to be mined by painters.
All my images are cropped so the faces appear larger and more dynamic.
