This work is an investigation into the aesthetic structure of particles.
The wave-like furling and curling of the canvas, followed by the passage of drill and saw marks through them - when arranged in this fashion result in the kind of symmetry that is reminiscent of atomic structure and dynamic particle relationships - the basis of all matter.
Finally, when the work is mounted in front of a blue-mirrored backing panel, we observe a network of emptiness (little bangs) that reverberate as a mirrored envelope, reflecting our ingrained version of reality.
