BLACK

The main idea of BLACK is provide a “contrast message”. 

The painting represents a personal form of “escape” (or better “evasion”) from the everyday where the basic concept is an ironic form of denunciation of a bad Italian habit. BLACK doesn’t want to take the observer to any “other” dimension, but rather emphasizes a real and concrete phenomenon. 

BLACK has apparently a street style in order to link the painting to a street recycled object like fiscal receipts. 

For the realization, fiscal receipts were collected for about 45 days and applied on canvas following an orderly but not “fiscal” logic.
