I’m interested in the caprice and delicacy of human nature, in which there is beauty, there is ugliness, and there are grey areas in between. I intend to reveal the realness of being through art. <Best Friends> portrays two human figures who have similar style in appearance. The work’s name indicates the two are best friends and they stand closely toward each other. However, the left is blowing a big bubble and the right is exhaling the smoke. Both faces are shaded and no true emotion is shown.
