"Ballet" explores personal duality projected in a suspended time where the past and future form a recursive cycle. Four female figures are arranged in a choreography that portrays both the harmony and complexity of personal and collective effort.
The two upper figures, seated with their knees to their chests, express a sense of contemplation and determination. Their faces suggest an awareness of the weight of decisions and the efforts made to reach an often abstract goal.
The lower figures, folded over with their heads bowed forward, evoke vulnerability and resilience. These postures reflect pain and fatigue, but also the hope and determination of those willing to bend without breaking to achieve a better tomorrow.
