It is a mixed media collage. In this artwork my interest lies in shape, calour, space, three-dimensionality. I used paper, fotos and acrylics to create this abstract three-dimensional looking kind of portrait. It consits of several layers of painted and glued shapes. Shapes, contrast, negative forms and calor create the illusion of space and three-dimensionality.
