5 elements or Wuxing also known as "the five types of chi dominating at different times" is a conceptual scheme that many traditional Chinese fields used to explain a wide array of phenomena. Those 5 elements are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Despite the obvious differences in the visual world and apparent difference in material existence all those elements are only a different frequency of energy on subatomic level according to Quantum physics. If those elements are basically composed by the same “building block” i.e. energy therefore there is no difference between them. In such manner they are presented in this painting – 5 different but same elements.
These 5 horizontal lines were painted in symmetry without using any measuring tools. It is extraordinary how a keen eye can be a good supplement for any measuring tool when we want to achieve symmetry.
This specific pattern of five horizontal lines in black colour on a red background is with me for a long time and I cannot explain why or where did this pattern came to my mind and stayed there for such a long time but there must be reason which I will surely discover.
