Rosalind Lowry was commissioned by Belfast Cathedral to create a new installation for the main Cathedral space during 2020. Using native fallen branches of beech, ash and hazel trees, the peice was based on the story of The Ark. The installation was on site for a month on the main Cathedral floor and was created to draw attaention to the disappearing natural world and environmental disasters including the Australian bushfires of 2020.
