For many years I have taken photographs of people in the streets of Zacatecas. I try not to be noticed by the characters I photograph. Taking the picture is only the first step, then, I isolate the character and place it in different backgrounds to see how the meaning of the final picture changes. By including the Moon Temple, a part of the Cosmogony of the ancient civilizations that existed in America prior to the Spanish Conquest, I get a transcendental meaning to everyday human activities.
