The early phases of investigating the weaving process of wool was based on the Eurocentric approach to design, where defined elements of design such as lines and shapes were used to create patterns and designs using the basic principles of design.
This investigation played a great role in providing a lab for the coming experiments towards the deconstruction approach that followed.
