With soy
or milk, in a mug or a glass, steaming or cold; in a world where coffee is a
grownup, somber and studied subject, we offer an alternative: “KAFCAFE” strips
coffee of its solemnity and presents us a shot of coffee with an absurd aroma,
plus a tongue in cheek, no extra charge.
“KAFCAFE” is a playful project, testing coffee drinking rituals in a new way. The product itself, ceramic filter shaped like a cow’s udder,
plus 4 milk bucket-like espresso cups, encourages cooperative coffee drinking, making it more of a social act; it forces you to share your coffee, as it will pour from the 4 udders at the same time.
"KAFCAFE"
invites the consumer to rethink drinking coffee as is, no added milk, while
thinking about where it came from and the way went through from being a coffee
bean, up until getting into our cup.
