Integral part II.
Studio Terre in new experimentation.
The approach to a new gesture, slow and traditional.
The yarns, initially as single figures, become an allegory of cohesion, gradually aggregating into a single body. Historically born from the needs of the nomadic culture as an object of multiple use, of protection for man and his dwellings from cold and humidity, the carpet here also becomes an image of sharing and conversation, as a trace of encounters of ages, knowledge and existence.
Made of naturally dyed Sardinian wools and family yarns, using the vertical loom, it symbolises the interweaving and moments of the individual, contaminated by the collective.
