Patterns
and pigments of body paintings of south american indigenous, led me investigate
colors and technologies that could be transfered to industries.
Eletronic
and hand knitting machines were used to elaborate the patterns in GRAFISMOS
panel.
The
design project adapted the inspiring colors of Urucum (red) and Jenipapo with
ashes (black-violet) to those found in the industry market, resulting in an industrialized
textile for interior use.
GRAFISMOS is one of
the six panels of ?A
?LTIMA TRIBO? (THE LAST TRIBE) serie.
