The Baguette "The new spring" is a unique wearable art pieces of the Spring/Summer 2025 collection, titled ”La nuova PrimavERA” (The new Spring) is a tribute to the art of renewal and rebirth, sublimated in the acrylic painting “La Primavera” by artist and designer Francesca Jennifer Puzzo.
The collection is primarily developed through unique accessories that combine the elegance of fashion with the beauty of art. The bags, crafted from fine leather and imperial satin, stand out for their geometric shapes and special details. Each bag is personalized with elements inspired by the painting, including an interior lined and decorated with the print of “La Primavera” and the lotus flower, an accessory worn by the woman in the painting, transformed into a charm or detail for the clutch closures.
The collection’s colors—white, fuchsia, green, and black—reflect the hues of the painting, infusing vitality, brightness, peace, and natural beauty into those who wear them. The black-and-white checkerboard pattern of the dress worn by the woman in the painting tells the essence of duality and choices, creating a harmonious blend of contrasting tones illuminated by a meadow of colors, flowers, and spring scents. This scenario serves as an inspiration for a new initiation to life.
Distinctive elements of the collection include a 3D flower created with high-frequency machines, fringes made from tannery leather scraps transformed into unique wearable art pieces, canvas and inner linings with spring motifs, and bag handles covered in printed satin tubing.
