I live in France where I was born in 1956. I have been painting self-taught for around forty years. I am also passionate about photography. In 2006 I was founding president of the association "l'Allée des Arts de Lalaye" which aimed to promote art in all its forms and to organize an annual exhibition with around fifty participants. Since 2021, I have been a member of the Franco-German association "Régiocréativ'" which organizes cross-border meetings and exhibitions.
I define myself as a photographic figurative painter. I use the infinite possibilities and properties of digital photography (image quality, light, bodily expression, fixation of movement, depth of field) to work on my subjects. Digital processing also allows me to explore new worlds, particularly in surrealism. My favorite themes remain child portraits, human expression and dance.
