I was born in Assisi Italy to an American father and Italian mother. We moved to NYC when I was little and later we moved to St. Petersburg. My traditional training was in biochemistry, but during grad school I discovered a need to express my self artistically and haven't stopped developing since. I later enrolled in design, drawing and painting classes to learn technique. In the end, I have learned that good science is an art and good art is a science.
