Jen Valender is an Australasian artist and writer from Aotearoa New Zealand based in Narrm Melbourne, Australia. She works predominantly with moving image, performance, and sculpture to explore her interest in human experience in relation to shifting ethical positions and the environment. Jen has exhibited in galleries and public spaces in Australia, France, South Africa, and Portugal, and holds an MFA from the Victorian Collage of the Arts, University of Melbourne.
